Huntsman Cancer Foundation’s (HCF) sole purpose is to raise funds to support the mission of Huntsman Cancer Institute (HCI) – to understand cancer from its beginnings, to use that knowledge in the creation and improvement of cancer treatments, to relieve the suffering of cancer patients, and to provide education about cancer risk, prevention, and care. Huntsman Cancer Institute (HCI) is part of the University of Utah Health Care system. HCI is a National Cancer Institute (NCI)-Designated Comprehensive Cancer Center, which means it meets the highest standards for cancer care and research and receives support for its scientific endeavors. NCCN is dedicated to improving the quality and effectiveness of care provided to patients with cancer. 100% of all donations made to HCF go directly to fund the life-saving research being conducted at HCI.
